Mototsugu Watanabe filmed Chikan densha: Osawari chijo for Nabe Cinema, and OP Eiga released it theatrically in Japan on August 12, 2003.[2] OP re-released it on December 29, 2006 under the title Chikan onna: Kairaku full course (痴漢女 快楽フルコース).[3]
