Flower and Snake: Sketch of Hell (花と蛇 地獄篇 Hana to hebi: Jigoku-hen) is a 1985 Roman Porno film directed by Shōgorō Nishimura and starring Kaori Asō.[1] It is the first film in the Flower and Snake series. Ostensibly a remake of Masaru Konuma's 1974 film, Flower and Snake, the film and the series were meant as an answer to the new AV (Adult Video) market. By stressing their legacy of higher-quality erotic entertainment, Nikkatsu hoped to tempt its dwindling audience back to the theatres.[2]
