A powerful crime lord named Tojo has the town of Tsuson completely under his control with no police intervention standing in his way. Because of his crimes there is an incredibly big reward for his death or capture, but thus far no bounty hunter has been able to break through his defenses to take a shot at him. Gunslinger Saki decides she can be the first. With the help of a mechanic named Akira, she uses a planned theft of 2 million US dollars as her opportunity to take a shot at him.
