Infection (感染 Kansen) is a 2004 Japanese horror film based on a story by Ryoichi Kimizuka and directed by Masayuki Ochiai.

When a patient dies due to malpractice, his doctors try to cover up their mistakes. Soon after another patient arrives with strange symptoms and escapes into the ventilation system before they're able to quarantine him. As the man's disease circulates throughout the dilapidated hospital building each of the doctors start to develop symptoms of the mysterious plague.
