Kamigakari (髪がかり) is a 2008 Japanese movie directed by Minoru Kawasaki.
In a seemingly ordinary hair salon, customers fall asleep soon after sitting in the chair of a certain stylist. They wake up later shocked to find their hair has been completely transformed into a bizarre new style. Before they get upset, the stylist comments on how amazing it looks with complete self-confidence and her approving smile causes them to accept the change, and even begin to change their lives.
