Lesbian World: Ecstasy (レスビアンの世界 -恍惚- Lesbian no sekai: Kōkotsu) is a 1975 Roman Porno film directed by Masaru Konuma and starring Mihoko Arikawa.[1] It is the first film in the Lesbian trilogy, each film of which was helmed by a different one of Nikkatsu's top directors.[2]
