Lizard Baby (怪奇! 鬼胎纏身 Kaiki! Kitai Matoi Mi) is a 2004 Japanese film based on a story by Hideshi Hino and directed by Yoshihiro Nakamura.

Inspired by his pregnant wife, a horror movie screenwriter writes a screenplay about a woman who gives birth to a reptile. His wife disapproves, but he continues on with the project anyway. When his wife finally gives birth they discover their own child has lizard-like features, mirroring his movie's plot.
