Neighbor No. 13 (隣人13号, Rinjin 13-go) is a 2005 Japanese film based on a Santa Inoue manga and directed by Yasuo Inoue.

PlotEdit

After being bullied by Toru Akai for years as a child, Juzo Murasaki now lives in the apartment directly below his former tormenter. His mind is so scarred that he now has a rage-filled split personality named Juusan-go that emerges only to murder people that get in his way. Meanwhile, Juzo remains timid and scared. Juusan-go, however, has very special revenge planned for Akai.
