When politician Kuraudo Sekin's measures for fighting juvenile crime become too harsh, Yui Kazama quits the bureau and refuses to participate in any undercover missions for them. Soon it becomes clear that Sekin's actual goal is to take over the Japanese government, and only the Kazama sisters can stop him.
