The Sun Legend of the End of the Tokugawa Era (幕末太陽傳, Bakumatsu taiyōden) aka Sun in the Last Days of the Shogunate is a 1957 Japanese film comedy directed by Yūzō Kawashima. Film critic Tadao Satō writes that the film "adds a new depth to traditional humor.^[1]
