[edit] Plot
A violent boy roams around the streets of Tokyo with a loaded gun which has been purposely modified to miss whatever it's aimed at. In addition he wears thick glasses that keep him from being able to see what he's aiming at in the first place. A young girl who encounters him becomes instantly fascinated, and he eventually tells her why he does what he does.
