Zatoichi 24: Zatoichi in Desperation (座頭市物語 折れた杖 Shin Zatoichi monogatari: Oreta tsue) is a 1972 Japanese film based on Kan Shimozawa's novels. It is the twenty-fourth film in the Zatoichi series and is the first to be directed by Shintaro Katsu himself.
